“When my dryer finally gave up the ghost I went looking at the big box stores for a replacement at a reasonable price. The units I found were ugly and flimsy – even considering the modest price tag. I went to Appliances for Less and Sam and Necia gave me a terrific deal on a top-of-the-line LG dryer. A few barely noticeable scuffs on the side of the unit gave me a dryer that normally retails for twice the budget units at the HD and Lowes for slightly less than I would have paid for an inferior dryer at either store."

"Sam and Necia are wonderful people. They do not pressure you or follow you around like alot of places. Originally we just got a stackable washer and dryer. I took my husband in because we had to ask a question. He was so impressed with them and the hominess of the store we bought a fridge and stove. The delivery guys were also great. Very personable. When we get our dishwasher out thats where we will go!!!!"

"We could not have had a better experience Sam than we did today. Our family came in looking for a new oven and found the perfect one. Sam was so wonderful to talk with that it was almost as if we had known him for years. Our kids were even kept entertained by watching cartoons and riding the store's scooter. If you are looking for fantastic deals with good family like interaction customer service, then you have to go and see them. We drove from Gastonia and the trip was well worth it. We will be back as we replace appliances."

Unreal, the only word that comes to mind when thinking about the amazing experience Sam provided us in our simple journey for a microwave. This store almost immediately became a hang out, our kids were able to walk around and not be fussed at for looking at appliances, we were able to talk to Sam about anything that came to mind with his products and services. Before we were able to get half way through the store we had decided to replace every appliance in our home! This came as a surprise to us and Sam, there absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy, we just looked, were in awe and shock at the prices , asked Sam a thousand questions witch were answered with out aggravation or haste as they were actually closing on out first visit. They stayed open for as long as we wouldve needed. 7 appliances later we statred the paper work, done in no time, set up a delivery date, crazy simple, and it was over, just like that. It was bitter sweet to have accomplished so much in such a small amount of time and major savings, but i already miss the comradery of Sam and his unbelievably incredible customer service in a day and age that customer service is almost non existent. My family thanks your family Sam, truly greatful for the experience of meeting you and all your help!
