  • What are the benefits of purchasing from Appliances 4 Less Concord?
    We are family owned and operated and our goal is become your favorite appliance store. We are here to help you find the right appliances for your needs and at low prices everyday with customer service to back it up. All of our appliances are tested before going to your home and includes a free 1-year warranty. Services we offer range from delivery, install, haul away, 45-day holds, purchase options and extended warranties. With us, appliance shopping is easy breezy, hassle-free. Everyone is welcome as we preserve a culture of diversity, inclusion and anti-discrimination throughout our company. We offer the level of quality products and service we expect when shopping, so we are here to listen and continue to grow to benefit the community.
  • What is Scratch & Dent Appliances?
    Scratch & Dent Appliances are appliances that either leaving the factory or enroute to home delivery, acquired a scratch or dent on the exterior. When this happens, the items are sent to us, where we evaluate the cosmetic defect and discount them accordingly. The appliances are in perfect working condition and sometimes marked down to even 50% off the normal price.
  • How often do you get new Inventory?
    We receive new inventory every month! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to find out the exact day our Truck arrives so you can be the first to shop from our new arrivals.
  • Can I get a lower price depending on the damage?
    We specialize in Scratch & Dent Appliances, so once we receive an appliance, we thoroughly test and evaluate the appliance. We take all the damage into account when we do our pricing, so we do not negotiate on prices.
  • Do you have Delivery? Install? Haul Away?
    We offer delivery up to 40 miles. Delivery over 40 miles is available, contact us for more info. We have partnered with a local company for delivery, install and haul away. There is an installation fee and requires new accessories such as washer waterlines, dryer vent ducts, etc. Accessories can be purchased in-store. We will haul away and recycle appliances when we deliver a new replacement one. Original appliances must be removed prior to installation (unless Haul Away is included).
  • Can I take it home the Same Day?
    Take home your appliances the same day you purchase them. Bring straps to secure in place. Drive carefully, customer is responsible for any damages during transport.
  • Do you have Purchasing Options?
    We have partnered with a few companies. Easy application process- simply fill out an online application and wait to receive approval. The whole process is fast and only takes a few minutes. You can get the application in-store via QR code or we can text you.
  • Is there any Warranty?
    Every appliance comes with a free 1-year warranty. We have partnered with a third-party company, CPS Central to provide you with warranty solutions. All appliances come with 1-year warranty and extended 4-year warranty available. CPS will send a local authorized technician to complete repairs. Each service request is $99 deductible, parts and labor are covered.
  • Where are you Located?
    Our address is 349 Copperfield Blvd, STE F, Concord NC 28025. We are located in the same shopping center as K&W Cafeterias and LongHorn Steakhouse.
