Scratch and Dent Deals in Concord are unused appliances sold at a lower price because of a small cosmetic mark. The mark comes from shipping or handling. It doesn't affect how the appliance works. In Concord, more shoppers now choose these deals over online orders, since they can see the unit first and save real money.
